Shipping Charges

Calculations are based on the gross weight of individual parcels. M Bead Designs has the following shipping options available.

Within Australia

• Australia Post
• Express Post
• Registered Post (highly recommended)

International

• Air Mail (3 to 10 business days, depending on destination)

All goods are thoroughly examined before packaging to ensure they are sent in perfect condition.

Whilst we accept no responsibility for parcels lost or damaged within the postal system please notify us if your parcel doesn't arrive or arrives damaged and I will look into it for you.

If your goods arrive broken, Australia Post will request to view them before any claims can be made.

I highly recommend you use Registered Post in all circumstances as parcels can get damaged and lost.

Registered post includes insurance to the value of $100.00.

M Bead Designs policy is to automatically register orders over $80.00 (approx. cost $2.35 to customer) and automatically insure the extra value for orders over $100 at my expense.

If your order is under $80 and you wish to have your order registered, please mention it in the comments box at checkout and pay the additional $2.35.

Returns

I do not give refunds for change of mind.

Refunds will be given in line with Trade Practices Act (1974)
